Six cleanups

Language filter, format upgrade (SRT → ASS), orphan files, orphan DB rows, old backups, old `.bak` subs. Toggle each one on or off.

Duplicate scanner

Finds content-identical subtitles by hash and lets you pick the keeper per group — no blanket deletion.
